One of the primary reasons that Pluto isn't considered a planet (a vague term to begin with and the current definition only includes our Sun) is because she hasn't cleared her orbit of debris. If Pluto is a planet, lots of Keiper Belt objects would also be classified as planets.

So, we have 8 or like 135 (and possibly more) planets. As near as we can tell, none of those large planetoids have cleared their orbit either.

Truth is, it's a stupid definition. They're all celestial objects orbiting around a central mass. The whole debate is stupid, frankly.
