Musk is ineligible to be president. Kanye already ran for president and his numbers left a lot to be desired.
You don't understand what I mean by being "Ross Peroted". How he cost Bush the '92? POTUS as it's said. As for musk being ineligible, so are rubio and cruz as well as obama but that's a bit late.
Often a misunderstood idea that Perot cost Bush the election. He didn't. Bush lost the election because "It's the economy, stupid." And Clinton's campaign did an excellent job of destroying Bush. Exit polls showed Perot took votes from Bush and Clinton nearly evenly.

Edit - And Clinton was rife with controversy and bullshit. He wasn't well-liked. Yet, he still beat Bush. Because Bush fucked himself over so badly with his pretty glaring lies.
Perot ran in 96 too, he is responsible for both Clinton's wins... though, I don't think Dole would had done much different. Clinton just followed the Pub Congress' leash his last 6 years domestically.
