my eldest brother was 10 years older than me. having elder, crazy, genius, ass-kicking siblings is quite the benefit. i can remember hearing this at 6 years old and never forgetting: "believe none of what you read and half of what you see." i am sure he was quoting someone, but he did always throw out those thought-provoking quotes. better than when he went on rages later on in life.
