The area than ran to the grout line - that's colored water. Blood's thicker. Also, that's a LOT of fluid for blood. While the body as a whole has a number of pints of blood, to get that much blood on the ground you're either blooding profusely and wont stop for a photo op, or it'd be a modest wound where you scattered that amount over three rooms while looking for the first aid kit. It's the same with animals if you've ever tracked one - they get injured, they get moving. Large, localized blood sprays come with a corpse or they're pure Hollywood.
