Concur, too bright to be blood under most circumstances.
The area than ran to the grout line - that's colored water. Blood's thicker. Also, that's a LOT of fluid for blood. While the body as a whole has a number of pints of blood, to get that much blood on the ground you're either blooding profusely and wont stop for a photo op, or it'd be a modest wound where you scattered that amount over three rooms while looking for the first aid kit. It's the same with animals if you've ever tracked one - they get injured, they get moving. Large, localized blood sprays come with a corpse or they're pure Hollywood.

The stain at the bottom of the picture appears to be on a slightly tilted tile and the majority of fluid went to the lowest edge leaving a very light colored stain on the upper partbof the tile. If it were blood, the color of the stain on the upper part of the tile would match the color of the stain on the lower part of the tile. Also the tilted tile demonstrates the viscosity of the fluid is thinner than blood.

Hmm, could be watery blood, fresh. Has a few nice droplet patterns. The migration of the fluid leaves behind very little indicating this is mainly water. Im going with its Red 40 or the EU version of it.
