due to man people not agreeing that he deserves it.
It's not about being deserving: it's about enforcing etiquette. I'm going to take the unpopular stance on this one and say that he brought it on himself. How long could a man stand there and, to your face, insult your family incessantly? Seriously: for the rest of the day. You wake up in the morning, and there's some dude yelling at you... and it doesn't stop. Everything from small penis jokes to insulting you to everyone around you, as you go about your day. How long would you take it before wanting— no: deserving— to take a swing? I bet you'd punch that fucker in the face, so hard. Me too.
Honestly I might. However this isn't about me it never was. This is about the behavior that I haven't even gone public with yet. There are certain behaviors that are planned and designed to stifle other peoples ability to speak and he had more than started down that path. It is very sad it came to what it did, and I'd happily re enable the account if he would have a reasonable conversation with me about what he was doing.
When someone prides themselves in behaving unreasonably: it would do them well not to complain when they are encountered with what they perceive to be an unreasonable response.
You have a point. I don't think my response was unreasonable considering the situation. I think that it made a group of people angry but I don't think it was unreasonable.
