Depends on the level of awareness.

But if it's simply not to that level, where one can truly understand and comprehend what he's doing, then not likely.

They possibly can be saved, as an infant can be saved, that is God's prerogative (if a sufficient argument can be made for such a thing and I think it can).

But we're not to stretch the truth of the scriptures in such cases, for example, somehow, some way, pagans and natives and indigenous people can be saved, having never heard the truth.

I guess it's possible, but we wouldn't be privy to such thing, and it is not generally the way the Holy Spirit works in the salvation of the soul, it is usually through the Word, reading it, or the preaching thereof.

vikings get let off the hook. without them you dont have normans, you dont have normans christianity doesnt become the basis of white western nations.

without pagan romans christianity never grows bigger than a semitic cult.

God knew what those people were to become.

Right, agree, but if you're saying they could be saved without the truth, they couldn't, in general, regardless of their color or race.

But for God to use such a special and intelligent race for such a good reason, well of course.

But, even that, is God's providence at work setting things up, and setting things in motion, and laying the past to direct the future.
