I remain skeptical that it has been put in writing, at all. We shall see soon enough... at least by the 22nd of November.
I guess we'll see. I don't see how they could possibly not be challenged by every company simply on the basis of the fact that it mandates weekly testing and that's a massive new cost that has no benefit.
Obviously the idea is to force employers to simply mandate everyone get the vaccine poison gene therapy, but doing so also introduces them to medical liabilities because even though the pharma corps are indemnified, employers blackmailing employees into get it certainly are not.
So they have multiple grounds to challenge the federal backdoor mandates and I expect at least some companies will.
