Scouting is inherently tradcon, and tradcon is inherently about helping teh wamnez. There's no conspiracy here, just a council of oldfags who still think the world is like the 1950s and can't see the shitstorm they just walked into. Too bad they'll probably be dead before the fallout really hits.
Edit: I can't read right when drunk. But they do have rules explicitly prevent that sort of thing, not that they will do much good in the end. I know shit that got swept under the table, but it had nothing to do with the adults.
