Use it dry. Corn starch baby powder soaks up the oil in your scalp and hair. Good way to freshen up hair thats getting a little greasy at the roots in between shampoos.
All those “dry shampoo” sprays are all just corn starch.

Right! I have used a cornstarch & baking soda mix in a similar way.
