California politicians that have passed laws to free murderers and invaders has turned into a debate about how low IQ individuals shouldn't be held accountible for murdering four American citizens.
You describe whistleblowing in the pure sense...and I agree with your description. But it has been weaponized by the left, and used to attack. I also agree that California is detrimental to our country, and needs to be dealt with one way or another.
