No shit. Policing and public transit in America is broken. If the city wants to "improve public transit" anywhere near your home you should be moving ASAP before this happens to your neighborhood.

Since they defended their police, they should just dispatch a social worker to talk the homeless junkies out of public defecating or stealing. Simple.
