I've noticed that some zogbot departments will intentionally make it harder to distinguish their cars from civillian cars. How they do this is that they will paint the car White or black and make the text the exact same color but they will give it a matte finish to make it "readable", but really you can only read it if you're looking straight at it and you're driving very slow. It should be mandatory for the car body and the text to contrast and to make it easily readable in every angle and light.

All cops are bastards. \o

Most "plain cars" are pretty easy to spot. Usually all black with windows so dark you know who they are. One of the things they do in Ohio is park in one of those highway U-turns and angle the car so where it looks like nothing is there from a distance. They also hide behind shit but since it's "illegal" for cop cars to hide while running speed traps the zog hiding will radio his buddy a few miles down the road and even if you slow down you're nailed. Not sure about your state but zogs are always in the right in Ohio.

Sounds like something Tennestan would do too.
