This doesn't make a lot of sense. Vacuum or not, if the hypothesis is that dark energy is stronger away from planets, but weaker near them, this experiment did not show anything contrary to that hypothesis. Setting up a vacuum chamber in a basement below the surface of the planet doesn't magically make the experiment far from a planet.
