So, China made a dam so large that it is probably causing a massive impact on the entire planet. Fucking great. I know I read about this before but maybe we should blow it up.

This is just a reflection of how fine our measurements are. It's like those reports showing that harmful things are in everything, because we then had the technology to detect at the atom level. This is really just an article explaining how amazing our measurement tools are now to detect such an insignificant change due to a dam.
