Could be German, common surname, translates to 'judge'. First name Curt is also very similar to the German 'Kurt'.

A lot of jewish surnames are stolen from mainly Germanic and Slavic lands.

Summary:

The subject conducted unusually cruel and unnecessary animal experiments. In order to achieve the results of the test it was not necessary to kill the animals, but the subject did so anyway, indicating clear traits of psychopathy. Willingness to destroy and kill for personal gain is common among the jewish race.

While all these things indicate that it is extremely likely we have located a jew, further examination is recommended to confirm the suspicion.

Actions speak louder than words. Killing anything in such a tortuous manner shows a severe lack of empathy, a trait that is a jewish feature, and considered a birth defect in Ayans.
