This is all above my understanding, but it is fascinating. Superfluids, when stirred appear to form distributed vortices that might align in a way to suggest a crystalline structure, despite being flowing liquid. Supersolids have somehow been constucted out of superfluids now, and seem to have an internal "flow" despite being a solid.

This seems to me to suggest a potential breakthrough in either computing or battery technology. Whatever the result, the science geek in me is happy.
