Right now they don't have the ability to pinpoint specific neurons with phased array antenna because the resolution for beam shaping/forming is too low with current tech. In 15 or 20 years who knows though. It is foreseeable that you could have a device that could be several meters away that could pinpoint specific neurons in a person brain for either read or write operations if the resolution was good enough. Neural link is taking the approach of wiring into neurons directly but wireless tech is definitely where this is going.

theres no need to pinpoint specific neurons, just sending motor cortex attacking signals from 5G related towers, the 5G which already has pinpoint accuracy.
