Some advice:

When citing a source for something medical it's a good idea to use a source that isn't 27 years old. If you noticed in journal you cited the SIV virus was determined to not have been capable of evolving to HIV and secondly the SIV virus strain was not even found in the cell line used for polio vaccines. SIV is found in chimpanzees and no chimpanzee cell lines were found in any development stage.
