Glucosamine is a natural molecule found in shellfish and fungi. It is also present in your own body in the cartilage of your joints, and in your skin, bones, nails and ligaments.

How it works

"Glucosamine interferes with one of the enzymes used in glycolysis, or the breakdown of glucose into lactate or pyruvate. So now the mitochondria have to try to burn other sources of energy instead, including fat and some amino acids. What glucosamine essentially does is mimic a low carb diet, because the cell is forced to activate the mitochondria to survive. It has to produce its ATP from mitochondrial metabolism, which will produce free radicals that then act as signals to the rest of the cell."

I mean people usually use dmso/dmsa to chelate heavy metals in the alt med groups. And it does to an extent, but also fucks up your body on some level.

By heavy metals i would mean the crap in vaxxes, aluminium, mercury etc

I'm a food guy, fuck the dried supplements and pills in general. Lel there is even a way to get that shit out with just food (moldy blueberries/ raspberries). But i wouldnt suggest anyone go try that cause theyll just get autistic as all hell and not understand Whats goin on in the process

How are the heavy metals meant to leave the body?

Soo, usually your body would be smart and store toxic heavy metals in fat. If you dont have much fat on ya it usually stores it in the brain as that is one of the fattiest organs.

One way would be to go up and down in weight. Kind of like doing an oil change with your fat.

Another would be to get the heavy metals to bind with something you eat and pull them out via your shite. Moldy blueberries and raspberries being one example. Another raw unsalted cheese

Another would be over time with flus and fevers your body would use viruses to help clean out parts of your body. You could even go to hot springs or do long hot baths at home to help. This also works and doesnt force your body to go into flus

Finally just with the right diet over time your body will remove toxicity and make proper functioning cells. But this is decades long approach
