Holy fuck. How much of everything we know is a goddamned lie?
Most of it.
High fat meats are good for you.
Most veg is either neutral or bad for you.
Grains are bad for you.
High veg intake, lower physical brain size.
Brain is cholesterol. They push cholesterol lowering medications. Alzheimers and dementia go through the roof. Nothing to see here goy.
I went low fat, sodium free (I have to be wheat and soy free) vegan for 3 years based on a book my mom sent me. I about lost my mind. Eventually, I went back to keto which is what I had been doing for years before. Within a week I felt so much better. No more brain fog and lots of energy. It was amazing. And we need salt!
Can you elaborate? Especially on the first sentence?
This is fucking interesting. A quick search shows conflicting information. Some links say high cholesterol lowers your dementia risk, others says statins reduce the risk. One of these is clearly fucking bullshit, and it's not the former. Fuck statins. Definitely looking into this one more.
I'd look into the Gerson Therapy before I swore off vegetables. Food for thought, pun intended;).
I conveniently don't get context clues online.
Please explain.
All of it.
How much of everything we've yet to find out is a goddamned lie?
