Sulforaphane is one of the most potent anti-cancer compounds that researchers have discovered to date. It's found in cruciferous veggies, with the highest amount found in broccoli sprouts. Sulforaphane has been effective in treating the following cancers:

  • Breast
  • Lung
  • Liver
  • Gastric
  • Ovarian
  • Prostate
  • Pancreatic
  • Colon

The Reason You May Never Have Heard of Sulforaphane: It Can't Be Patented

Sulforaphane was first discovered by Johns Hopkins researchers in 1992 as a potent breast cancer preventative and killer. Johns Hopkins considered sulforaphane so powerful that they applied for and received a patent on broccoli sprouts (found to have the highest concentration of the compound). They then proceeded to sue broccoli sprout growers to stop them from selling the seeds. The sprout growers fought back and a state supreme court judge ruled that the patent was invalid -- stating that natural substances cannot be patented.

.

Preparation is Key

Sulforaphane consists of two major compounds: glucoraphanin and myrosinase. In order to activate the compounds you must prepare cruciferous vegetables as follows:

  • Chop (or grind) into small pieces
  • Allow the ground veggies to sit out for several minutes (up to 30) before consuming
  • Avoid heating above 90 degrees F

.

Best Source of Sulforaphane: 3 Day Old Broccoli Sprouts

Broccoli sprouts have up to 50 times more sulforaphane than mature plants, and can be easily grown at home in glass jars (you can find many videos on growing sprouts on Youtube). To maximize the value in broccoli sprouts, freeze them before consuming. Defrost the sprouts and heat them in very warm water for 5 minutes and then add them to smoothies or grind them and add to salads.

.

How to Recover Sulforphane From Cooked Broccoli

Many people love the taste of cooked broccoli -- but unfortunately cooking destroys the myrosinase compound and deactivates sulforaphane. Researchers have now found that if you consume ground mustard seeds with cooked broccoli, you can restore much of the sulforaphane. In fact, you can buy ground mustard seed capsules online for this very purpose.

CORRECT!

This group of vegetables (brasica family) are PROVEN in correlation studies to CAUSE more breast cancer in nurses.

This group of plants (brasica family, the ones that poke through snow in winter with visible green leaves) are all the same species (impossible to wrap mind around) but have different swapped chromosomes :

genus Brassica (same exact species!): ~~~ cabbage and relatives (genus Brassica) bok choy (Brassica rapa, variety chinensis) brown mustard (Brassica juncea) broccoli (Brassica oleracea, variety italica) Brussels sprouts (Brassica oleracea, variety gemmifera) cabbage (Brassica oleracea, variety capitata) cauliflower (Brassica oleracea, variety botrytis) collard (Brassica oleracea, variety acephala) kale (Brassica oleracea, variety acephala) kohlrabi (Brassica oleracea, variety gongylodes) napa cabbage (Brassica rapa, variety pekinensis) rape (Brassica napus, variety napus) rutabaga (Brassica napus, variety napobrassica) turnip (Brassica rapa, variety rapa) ~~~

family Brassicaceae ~~~ arugula (Eruca sativa) basket-of-gold (Aurinia saxatilis) bittercress (genus Cardamine) candytuft (genus Iberis) charlock (Sinapis arvensis) dame’s rocket (Hesperis matronalis) honesty (genus Lunaria) horseradish (Armoracia rusticana) Kerguelen cabbage (Pringlea antiscorbutica) pennycress (genus Thlaspi) peppergrass (genus Lepidium) radish (Raphanus sativus) rock cress (genus Arabis) rocket (genus Sisymbrium) rose of Jericho (Anastatica hierochuntica) sea kale (Crambe maritima) sea rocket (genus Cakile) shepherd’s purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) stock (genus Matthiola) stonecress (genus Aethionema) sweet alyssum (Lobularia maritima) thale cress (Arabidopsis thaliana) wallflower (genus Erysimum) watercress (Nasturtium officinale) white mustard (Sinapis alba) whitlow grass (genus Draba) wild radish (Raphanus raphanistrum) winter cress (genus Barbarea) woad (Isatis tinctoria) yellow cress (genus Rorippa) ~~~

Anything in the brasica family can increase breast cancer : That's almost 30% of the entire vegetable produce Isle at a supermarket.

The traditional "hungry winter human" food we spotted in nature for thousands of years, green and not dead poking through snow, with hungry belly being happy to spot greens in mid-winter :

338 genera and more than 3,700 species of flowering plants

the reason brasica family is all the same exact species is that it provides viable offspring if cross mated, all came from a wierd mixing of three formerly unrelated species, that then created a triple hybrid that freely intermixes but happily provides one bonus free green winter for hungry humans starving in middle of winters.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brassica

Mankind bred dogs, and also created all the edible genus Brassica cultivars, far more recently than niggers and humans last known common ancestor over 350,000 years ago proven.

Thus, niggers are provably due to DNA drift NOT "Homo Sapiens sapiens", but 30% of the grocery vegetable Isle are the same genetic species.

TL/DR: Millions of dollars of correlation studies show that nurses that eat more cheeseburgers and shun broccoli and shun other cruciferous vegetables have FAR LESS BREAST CANCER! Vegetables (or pesticides?) cause breast cancer!

They are not the same species at all. They are several species many of which originate from interspecific crosses but they do not cross in the same way that human races cross. The way they cross is they get the whole DNA set from both parents. Nigger-Kike can only breed with other Nigger-Kikes so to speak.

WRONG. You are not a scientist, and I can tell.

I literally listed the species name and provided link! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brassica

Brassica oleracea, example

Brassica oleracea: kale, cabbage, collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, kai-lan, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi

all exact same species. kale, cabbage, collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, kai-lan, Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi are all the EXACT SAME PLANT but different combinations of chromosomes

I tried to explain this to you. Its also on this page :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangle_of_U

Just read every word of the (((wiki))) page :

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brassica

and

Shut up, Shlomo.

Many vegetables are Brassica oleracea but oleracea is one of the pure species so there is no chromosomal difference. Many others are juncea which is actually a cross with two genomes.
