Attach a thin metal wire to a model rocket. Launch while in a lightning storm. Be sure to use a WIRELESS REMOTE LAUNCH to avoid getting hit by lightning.

EDIT: Same thing, but with a helium balloon. Again, use a WIRELESS REMOTE LAUNCH.
