As for the first part, that it takes awareness to create awareness, you seem to have have misconception of what awareness is.

There is no free will, you and everything you are or do, is the result of biological determinism, purely physical.

Your genes are the blueprint of your design, your design includes the way you are affected by any environment you find yourself in.

Your genes determine what you have the potential to be or do, your experiences determine where in this range of potential your being and actions actually end up.

Nature and nurture are not in conflict, they simply fulfill different roles, everything is a mix of both, one which sets the limits on what could be, and the which chooses where within those limits the actuality will occur.

You get no freedom of choice in your choices, your biology and environment are what makes you "you".

Therefore the complex thing that is you came from the many changes evolution made to simpler beings that came before, and those came from even simpler beings, down to the first that were unaware, but alive, and awareness is merely the complex result of simpler unaware components coming together in such a way as to produce this result, and they came to all manner of arrangements, but this one was tge most survivable and reproducible, and before these unaware lifeforms existed, they were a collection of different unliving materials that were binding together under very specific circumstances that occurred in the first years of our planets existence, and they made all sorts of arrangements, randomly, but these, the ones that would ultimately lead to something meeting the definition of life, would be the most survivable and reproducible, and the easiest to create.

All complexity comes from the accumulation of simplistic components, from basic chemicals we get life, from simple life we get aware life, from aware life, we get intelligent life, and from that we get us.

Implying it was created, so by whom? Or is that a limitation of language?

Im using my language in such a way as to be charitable to the Christians who aren't creationists, and to atheists like Me, who sees only natural processes guided by the laws of nature, and for deists/polydeists, who see their God(s) behind those laws, and for the pantheists, who see these laws as being a part of said God.

What is the difference between god and nature? Are they not one and the same? Do they not imply the same thing? Anthropomorphizing reality and putting our ideas and thoughts before what is actually there is an illusion. It's hard to read things at face value without putting our own two cents into it, I suppose it is natural, our competitive nature wants to win and tries to establish dominance any way it can. Things work and flow so much better once a natural hierarchy is established, and it's hard to establish that when the only social cues are words. I don't want to be in charge of anything, I just want to be the charge. Positive charge, negative charge, doesn't matter.

The mind gets in the way of our true selves, in the same breath we grow attached to mind, we use it so much that we identify with it, just like we identify with a car we obsess over, or a girl, or whatever. We lose our true selves to that thing, this isn't good or bad, it just is. Chemicals don't care if they make or break bonds, it's a natural process, same with people. They come and go.

I will say though, if people give you bad vibes, axe them, axe them from your life, and don't second guess yourself. That friction is only going to get worse, it's better for everyone in the long run.
