Science knows literally nothing about diet and food
use common sense but dont listen to any of this nonsense
Can you tell me what your common sense is telling you? I usually eat a bit of everything but I always avoid polysaturated processed oils/fats. You think that's nonsense?
every 5 years scientists change their mind on whether or not eggs are healthy.
I wasn't aware that vegetable oil wasn't made from vegetables and the fact that they are lying about this in their branding makes me think its unhealthy but
the trick is to stick to eating foods that existed for more than 200 years. If it was "invented" in the 1950's then we haven't evolved to digest it properly.
So I'm fine with my animal fats as well as the olive and coconut oils I sparingly use sometimes.
