well, modern diet kills. Study shows diet soda drinkers gain more weight when drinking. Artificial sweetner is more acidic than sugar, so the body stores it with fat...for survival. Also a diet lacking nutrients leaves the body perpeptually hungry. There are over 90 mineral and vitamins. the might nintey...if you have a bigmac combo....you are still missing ...so your body will hunger..eat butter, lard, bacon, liver, chicken gizzards and hearts, veggies , potatoes, legumes, squash..etc... also learn how to cook...take control

I found this to be true as well. I wasn't able to stabilize what I ate untill I learned to cook. There are no prepared or restaurant meals that are balanced for nutritional rotation that the body craves. Prepared / restaurant food is standardized to maximize customers returning for more.
