that's a fact, Salt is good too...but people still cling to jewish fraudulent science...like a battered wife. Oil is just liquid fat. At least butter has other minerals and vitamins all mixed in....and you need fat as energy and to digest vitamins A,D, E, and K

fuck off, I pour so much butter lard and bacon in my food, and I am healthy as a horse...look at the French...traditionally they use a lot butter and drink a lot wine, and traditionally were slim

There's 9kcal per gram of fat, whereas protein and carbs are less than half. 220g's of fat will satisfy your daily requirements. It's not easy to eat that much fat per day. 150g's and the rest protein and carbs is much easier. Olive oil, coconut oil, lots of broccoli, asparagus, fish, red meat, dark poultry meat, sardines, olives, ham, pecans, macadamia nuts, pistachios, pesto made with extra virgin olive oil, cheese, yogurt(whole plain), strawberries, avocados, flat bread Unsweetened beef jerky pork rinds, onions, raw garlic, zucchini.

also, every single cell in your body is mostly lipids, so in a way fat is what animals are made of. it makes absolutely no sense to go on a low fat diet.

My HS football trainer had us all take a salt tablet and eat a banana. Maybe he was on to something.

I don't think this is considered to be true any longer. Not only can you eat as much salt as you want, if you are cooking your food your body will tell you how much salt you need.

If you can cook by removing sugars, starches and vegetable oils you will naturally downregulate how much you consume of everything including salt.

go suck jewish science dick. to be clear I consume good salt. sea salt. I know where to get it. Also I am well hydrated. If you drink too much water, have diareah, drink alcohol or coffee or tea you lose minerals. You need to maintain a certain level. If you believe salt is bad. I can almost guarantee you need more. If you are consuming too much salt, your tongue will let you know. Also if you want to thin your blood because you are afraid of a heart attack, drink water. Apparently when my grandma added water to her gravy, it always thinned it out. go figure.
