That is correct, your body responds to chemical messages from bacteria in your gut. Yeast can wreck your life. I’m not sure if this post is a joke, just going to put this out there:

I would think so, at that time I assume most lived on oats. I’m not sure if eating the natural food at the time would lead to a greater chemical imbalance than eating hamburgers every day though. They likely didn’t eat enough protein to fight back.
