Is there a connection between food intake and peasantry in the middle ages
I would think so, at that time I assume most lived on oats. I’m not sure if eating the natural food at the time would lead to a greater chemical imbalance than eating hamburgers every day though. They likely didn’t eat enough protein to fight back.
