What are you talking about? The Nazi's had their own eugenics programs, including the beginnings of exactly projects like this. They simply lacked the DNA knowledge. They even facilitated state owned women breeding programs whereby the state would then own the children. Hitler used the eugenics programs pushed by the likes of the Gate's family and many other well known players of the day.
