Increase in radiative forcing is cut in half everytime co2 concentrations double. As a driver of the greenhouse effect, CO2 craps out arount 1000 to 1500 ppm. Most of earth’s geologic history CO2 levels have been above 1000 ppm. Most of the period in history in which primates existed, the ppm of CO2 has been over 1000ppm. 1000 ppm is completely human friendly conditions.

That depends on the goal. If you want to destroy and kill people, 1000ppm or more is a "dangerous" level.
