I wondered how much of the US is vitamin D deficient, and it’s roughly 45%. For blacks it is over 80%, yet another reason against melanin? https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21310306/

I was looking at this last year, and found a study in china that only 8% of young adults there were vitamin D sufficient.
