I've flown a cesna. Its a very simple craft in comparison. Take off is easy, but landing is a lot harder. Its not just controlling the craft, you also have to consider all the outside factors. Wind speed and direction, convective heat, or sink from the surrounding area for example. A runway in the summer is hot and will push you up as you are coming down. Going over a pond will have the opposite effect. And you have to be constantly aware of how you are tilted, speed, keeping level, and so on. There is a lot more to it than just pushing buttons.
