The lower inteligence of blacks is genetic, and it matters. Blacks cannot do the things that whites and Asians can do, because they don't possess the brain power, as a race. This explains why blacks are perpetually disadvantaged, why their neighborhoods are slums, why they cannot run a city efficiently, why they cannot do well in school collectively, why black crime is so much higher than white crime. The outliers -- the black geniuses, few as there are -- do not in any way disprove this reality. And it has consequences for our society. It is pointless to go on treating blacks as if they could magically perform at the level of whites. they will never do so collectively, as a race. It is pointless to blame whites for the problems faced by blacks -- whites are not responsible for the low intelligence of blacks, nor can we raise that intelligence level by throwing money at it. Or hiding it and pretending it doesn't exist. Black problems are caused by black genetics. Blacks are not the same as whites, they are intellectually inferior by a large margin, and this cannot be fixed by social programs.
