to me this confirms that Africa is so full of resources that you could remain in the Stone Age for 20,000 years longer and be 20,000 years less developed mentally (at least). It makes me think that evolution is driven by necessity. There was no necessity to leave the Stone Age physically or mentally for an extra 20,000 years. I’m surprised that Africa wasn’t taken over like the Americas were. It’s very interesting.

As I've said elsewhere, Africa was not taken over by other races for only one reason -- disease. Blacks have become able to tolerate African diseases without being wiped out. Other races cannot tolerate African diseases. This prevented the colonization on a large scale of black Africa. Whites and other races could only survive, in the long term, on the edges of Africa or in its zones of higher elevation, where it was cooler.

If not for disease, the Negro race would have been wiped out a hundred thousand years ago, or earlier. This should have happened, because blacks are signficantly inferior, intellectually, to other races. By white standards, the average black American is retarded ... and African blacks are much less intelligent than American blacks, due to American blacks interbreeding with whites.

By the time we gained the medical tech to counter those diseases the jews already had themselves deeply involved in the slave trade and had to protect their investment, hence why Africa is still Brown. Don’t forget that White people did colonize Africa back in the day and they are still there today. It can’t just be because of diseases, but I’m sure that one major player in my pondering.

In all honesty there were still stone age but even in the stone age, some stone tools were far better than others.

So, to be truthful they are way more than 20,000 years behind humans and there is evidence that even older homo species used stone tools.

The lower inteligence of blacks is genetic, and it matters. Blacks cannot do the things that whites and Asians can do, because they don't possess the brain power, as a race. This explains why blacks are perpetually disadvantaged, why their neighborhoods are slums, why they cannot run a city efficiently, why they cannot do well in school collectively, why black crime is so much higher than white crime. The outliers -- the black geniuses, few as there are -- do not in any way disprove this reality.

And it has consequences for our society. It is pointless to go on treating blacks as if they could magically perform at the level of whites. they will never do so collectively, as a race. It is pointless to blame whites for the problems faced by blacks -- whites are not responsible for the low intelligence of blacks, nor can we raise that intelligence level by throwing money at it. Or hiding it and pretending it doesn't exist. Black problems are caused by black genetics. Blacks are not the same as whites, they are intellectually inferior by a large margin, and this cannot be fixed by social programs.
