The problem is that the state controls medical licensing, and it's the state that is pushing the globohomo agenda. So doctors that want to treat patients with nutritional counseling and the least amount of medications possible and/or want to use meds off-label (like ivermectin) get their licenses revoked while these surgeons who are mutilating children continue to operate. A free society would not have become so sick that it would have permitted and even encouraged child abuse like this. A free society would kick doctors like this out of town and probably sued them until they were working for free for the next 50 years as a dishwasher in an Arby's.
