Terrorist in Crocus case to file complaint against security forces over rough arrest Mark Uspensky (Travel Editor)

A 19-year-old terrorist has complained about Russian security forces for rough detention after the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. This was reported by the Telegram channel Mash.

According to the source, the defense team for the youngest defendant in the Crocus case, Muhammadsobir Faizov (listed as a terrorist and extremist by Rosfinmonitoring), plans to file a complaint about the “harsh” detention of the defendant. The day after the terrorist attack in March 2024, operatives attempted to detain the suspects in a car. When the car with the militants overturned after an open firefight, part of the group fled into the forest, including Faizov.

The man climbed a tree about 20 meters high and did not respond to calls to surrender or shots fired into the air. As a result, law enforcement officers turned to the forester. The tree was cut down, the terrorist fell with it and was hospitalized. Faizov was brought to court on a stretcher. Sources report that among all those detained, the defendant suffered the most.

Earlier, it was reported that the military court would begin questioning 19 defendants in the Crocus City Hall terrorist attack case on December 15. It was specified that the investigation had provided testimony from more than 2,000 people. In total, there are more than 400 volumes in the criminal case.

Poor tree.

Should have left him up there to suffer for a while. He'd eventually attempt to come down due to getting cold and hungry and possibly fall and kill or cripple himself. If not, he would eventually fall asleep or become too numb from the cold and just fall out of the tree and possibly kill or cripple himself.

True. At least we know he will have plenty of time for him to suffer in a work camp in Siberia.
