This is also the same article that keeps Russian Nationalism under severe pressure. Starting from 2010, this article is widely used to jail people for reposting on social media just because some random court deemed the original post hateful. In 2018, the government tried to decriminalize this article, but it wasn't real, they were just showing off to increase the approval rating.
