LOl, i'm guessing just deliberate disinfo smoke and mirrors - gets to move the bulk of his 25000 plus Wagner force to Belgorod un-molested by Ukraine - putin gets to see if there were any MOD officials tempted to go against him (ala the 2016 Turkey coup charade), put on a show for the West normie msm slurpers - tactically improve wagner position from the direction of ukraine's vaunted 'le counter offensive' .
