How are they going to get the latest Nvidia and AMD chips? The chip tech outside the Russian block is advancing at hour rates. Without global trade they'll be forced to smuggle chips in and the USA will have backdoors embedded. Russia block need it's own chip tech that doesn't rely on the west at all.
