In all honesty much like the covid scam took a while to understand actual (likely true) technical info, theres probably some good places to get a good quick basic understanding but i dont have any at hand. Although plenty of misinformation out there, but yeah totally agree on the 'dont follow bc both sides are constantly winning'.
