I can’t remember the scotus case but this is basically how congress started regulating all business not just interstate commerce. They claimed even though nothing was purchased from out of state, all grown and bought locally, the farmer was interfering with businesses in other states. The USDA angle is different which is odd. But hopefully he wins, it should be a “religious case”.
