Why does it matters what the public believes? reality is what reality is. This constant fascination in the media as to what the public believes is real is only a measure of if the governments message and information control.

IF people did not believe the "safe and effective" propaganda for the magic liquid, NOBODY would have had it

so, yes, propaganda is important and so is being able to guess when reality is something else
