I’ve always said the same thing about energy and food, the major factors in a civilization, it doesn’t even need to be at cost let them make 10-20% and then price gouge the foreigners. Last I heard soros and others own the rail lines and that’s why there’s always an outcry about the pipeline. The rail car outcry has stopped in the last 5ish years or so from liberals even though it’s potential more dangerous. In Oregon we could’ve had the oil and coal cars but our leaders and idiots didn’t want to support fossil fuels, so they go across the river to Vancouver Washington 1/2 mile away and make a killing. Some third world oil country in the east did the same thing with fuel at cost and decided to stop, the people rebelled and were cutting pipelines to get gas and hijacking gas trucks and some were blowing themselves up. The government reversed course and started providing it at cost again. After obama bankrupted the coal mines, soros and others bought them up for Penny’s on the dollar, why would they do something like that if it was being phased out, seems real stupid. But along with oil cars, the coal cars run 24/7 to the Vancouver ports and are shipped to China while we can’t touch it. Seems convenient. Someone here claimed if we collapsed even with the electric infrastructure intact we would never have electricity, heat or manufacturing again because the energy supply infrastructure isn’t in place. Lmao, it’s in place and is thriving.
