Yes because everything is reported in those. If I get a jab and the next day my big toe aches, it goes in the report. If someone notices that everyone is getting achy toes after the jab THEN they can start a verifiable investigation into toe pain. That's the whole point of collecting unverified data

the list only provides a tally of unverified notes about any health event people experience after they are vaccinated. You are not supposed to draw conclusions from that, it's a starting point for other studies, not an end report in itself.

And people can verify if it is true or not by looking for anyone else making the same statement, if they don't find anyone else then it is possibly false, if they do find second references then its validity can be gauged on who is making the claims. Nothing can ever be proven true (except maths), but we can't keep going round in circles with drooling flat earthers just because every scientist "could" technically be an alien lizard overlord...
