It's just the latest example of asinine virtue signaling. 2 weeks ago it was, "I hate the unvaccinated." Now, it is, "I hate the Russians." These morons just exchange one noun for another without thinking or reflection. Idiots like this do whatever the mass media tells them to do, and think the whole time they are parroting what they're told to say that they're being so edgy and forward-thinking. A few weeks from now, they will state that they hate something else - whatever the media tells them to hate.
Don't look for this behavior to change anytime soon, if ever.
