Well a bounty to "arrest" Putin. Alex Konanykhin will probably be dead in the near future. Of course this Konanykhin clown lives in the US after claiming to have escaped the KGB trying to "steal his business", because that is totally viable and realistic.

Something about threatening someone from 3000 miles away whilst you use your blood money to kill said threat, while living in a country run by the men who bankroll you into order to create a threat du jour...have I got it right?
