Well how else are feds going to coordinate cp exchange, money laundering and drug/arms deals? You guys know Naval Intelligence created TOR, right? All of the end nodes are easily accessed by them. There is no crime occurring on TOR where feds do not explicitly permit it. All they're doing is stunting encroachment on their territory.
