Slavic is a language group that covers a huge swath of peoples and histories, white is a visual color adjective and not a genetic designation, and the Rus people are a mixture of Norse, Germanic, Celt, and other European tribes spanning everywhere from Sweden to Greece.

White absolutely is a genetic designation. There is no other meaningful way to describe it other than ancesterally.
Furthermore, it's a recessive trait. Purity is a requirement, otherwise the distinction is overwritten by dominant non-white genes. Mixing, like the Slavic peoples did, has pretty much made it impossible to reconstruct whatever latant white traits they might have from white sources.
The purpose of being White isn't for the sake of being White. It is because we are the pre-cursors to the future race of Ubermensch. THEY are the Master-Race, not us. The difference between us and a chimpanzee is a 1% difference in DNA. Imagine what another 1% will do for our children.
1% is still a lot of genetic profiling, and the Slavic people have more work to do than ourselves due to their barbarian blood.
