I want to believe this, but… On old VOAT we had a huge discussion about this event and how if you watch the video in slow motion, it appears that Otoya pulls the thrust at the last second. Lots of people were butthurt and sucking their thumbs over that one, but after watching a loop of the video I was convinced as well that he pulled the strike.
